It’s not OK to tell paying customers that their domains will be inaccessible for 24 hours. It’s not OK not to send confirmation if you get an email about a support problem.

We were in that line of traffic - 14 hours FWB - Tuscaloosa. Couldn’t get back because of the curfew. Got back and no power for a week. Yuck.
